Ingredients:
Popcorn
Seasoning packet to taste
Butter to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation method:
Place the popcorn kernels in the pot, add salt and your preferred fat.
Cover the pot and move it as best and safely as possible over high heat.
When you start to hear the popcorn popping, leave the pot still over medium heat until the popping stops.
Remove the popcorn from the pot and set aside.
In a glass bowl, add the butter and microwave it until melted, about 10 seconds. Then add seasoning packet #1 or #3 to the butter, as they are more flaky.
Add the seasoned butter to the popcorn and mix well.
In about 10 minutes, you'll have seasoned popcorn without excess salt or preservatives.
