Smoked Pork Loin Recipe with Sachê
Ingredients
400 g pork loin
1 Sachê nº 2 for smoking
1 Sachê nº 3 optional
1 Sachê nº 1 optional
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Preparation
Season the pork loin with salt and olive oil, and cover it well with Sachê nº 2 for smoking.
If desired, repeat the process with the optional Sachê nº 1 and Sachê nº 3 to add layers of flavor.
Wrap the pork loin in parchment paper, sealing the ends tightly like a candy.
Cook in the air fryer for 35 minutes at 200 °C.
Remove and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Heat a very hot pan and sear the cold pork loin until it is golden brown on the outside.
For more precise slicing, place it in the freezer for 20 minutes before cutting or keep it in the refrigerator until serving.
It's an excellent accompaniment for salads, purees, sandwich fillings, and appetizers.
